The ÄŒrnuče residence is a specific type of residential buildings that combines characteristics of individual house with living conditions in collective mode (privacy,  possibility of  the interior reorganisation, bigger outdoor areas replace the gardens). The hybrid typology consists of dynamic and compact volume connected with inner staircase positioned at the back of the house. The natural configuration of the terrain has influenced on the terraced structure of the volume that provides an optimal capacity of residential areas and the right balance of inclosed and open spaces. Open terraces become the main providers of the living commodity of a suburbian life.
There are lobby, garage, storage and technical areas in the basement (226m2), two apartments on the ground floor (186m2) and  two duplex housing units on the first (161m2) and on the second (121m2) floor , from wchich the communication to the roof terrace is enabled. The whole construction area is 290m2 and the plot is 774m2.
