The ÄŒrnuče residence is a specific type of residential buildings that combines characteristics of individual house with living conditions in collective mode (privacy,  possibility of  the interior reorganisation, bigger outdoor areas replace the gardens). The hybrid typology consists of dynamic and compact volume connected with inner staircase positioned at the back of the house.
